At Zara Touch, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.


Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and condition.

Refund Conditions

Usage Limit: Only Serums with at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle are eligible for a refund.

Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Important Notes

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or mobile wallet after verification.
